If you're experiencing problems installing or upgrading Flash Player.
If you're using running Windows 2000 or NT or you're computer is part of a network you may require administrator privileges to download Flash. Please contact your systems administrator.
Not using Internet Explorer?
Installing Flash player is not always an automated process. Some browsers such as Mozilla Firefox you do download the executable file (.exe) to your computer. From there you will be required to shut down your browser and run this program for it to install.
