Certain parts (mainly calipers) are re-manufactured. To ensure the old part is returned, a surcharge is added to your basket. To receive a refund on your surcharge you must first send your old part back in the original box you received the new part (it must correspond to the part supplied) the part must also be complete, suitable for re-manufacturing and returned within 3 months of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued if: Units are incomplete or unserviceable. Bleed screws or inlets are stripped or beyond repair. Castings are damaged (as per illustrations).
